Specifications, MOQs, lead times and tier prices are indicative for quotation purposes and may change. Formal offers are confirmed in writing on company quotations or proforma invoices. All website prices are examples in USD on FOB Sialkot basis unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders

Orders become binding only after written confirmation and agreement of commercial terms (payment, Incoterms, specs). Custom/OEM work may require approved samples.

5. Intellectual property

Website content, logo and brand assets belong to KAZ SKT Surgical Industry or licensors. Customer trademarks remain the customer’s property and are used only as authorized for OEM/private label production.

6. Regulatory responsibility

Importers and manufacturers of record are responsible for regulatory compliance in their destination markets (including CE/MDR, FDA, TGA or local rules as applicable). We support documentation within our manufacturing role.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Instrument warranties, if any, are defined in supply contracts—not solely by website copy.
