KAZ SKT manufactures the Gerbault Nasal Speculum with Suction as a self-retaining nasal dilator for ENT, rhinoplasty, plastic surgery and nasal cavity exposure. Thin elongated blades are designed to increase working space and visualization. An integrated suction channel/tube connection runs to the lower end of the instrument. The opening is adjustable with a screw mechanism and an ergonomic finger-grip handle. Surgical-grade stainless steel, satin/matte or polished surgical finish, reusable and sterilizable per a validated IFU (normally supplied non-sterile). Blade lengths: 35 mm, 55 mm and 75 mm, matching common pattern references 190-290S / 190-291S / 190-292S. The factory photo shows all three speculums together; the green cylindrical item is a separate surgical light/accessory and is not included unless ordered as a kit. Overall instrument length, blade width, jaw opening and suction-tubing diameter are confirmed on order and are not taken from the photograph. OEM/private-label packing available.
